We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for your initial visit. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
Once your appointment has been scheduled, that time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, our office requires at least two full business days notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
For surgical procedures, we require a minimum of five business days notice to change or cancel your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $250/hour of cancelled surgical time.
We are happy to submit estimates to your dental insurance provider. However, insurance providers do not always send our office a confirmation of your coverage. We ask that you confirm coverage well in advance of your scheduled procedure to avoid a last-minute cancellation for financial reasons.
